Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to professional services purchased from TKC (Proprietorship), E 12/11, Sikar, Rajasthan, India. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Cancellation by client

To cancel, email hello@tkc.services with your name, invoice or project details, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt in writing.

• Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund of professional fees paid, less any payment-gateway charges actually incurred.
• After work begins: fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are payable, and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred are deducted. Any unearned balance is refunded.
• Approved deliverables: fees for deliverables that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable.

3. Monthly retainers

Unless your proposal states otherwise, monthly engagements continue month-to-month after the initial term and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

• Fees for the current billing month are non-refundable once the month has started.
• Any prepaid future months will be refunded for periods where no work has been performed, less non-refundable third-party costs.
• Ad spend and platform charges are not refundable by TKC. Unused platform credit is subject to the platform's own policies.
• Work scheduled during the notice period remains payable.

4. Project and milestone work

• Milestone payments become non-refundable once the relevant milestone has been delivered or approved.
• If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, work completed up to that point is billed on a pro-rata basis, together with non-refundable third-party costs.
• Deposits may be non-refundable where the proposal expressly says so and where permitted by law.

5. Non-refundable costs

The following costs are generally non-refundable because they are paid to third parties or consumed in delivery:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising spend or platform credits.
• Software subscriptions, licenses, stock assets, and paid tools.
• Domain, hosting, email, and infrastructure costs.
• Printing, production, photography, videography, and other third-party production costs.
• Payment-gateway or bank charges actually incurred.
• Completed and approved deliverables.

6. Cancellation by TKC

We may suspend or end an engagement for non-payment, unlawful or abusive instructions, material breach of our terms, or circumstances that make the work unsafe or impractical.

If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will refund professional fees for work not performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@tkc.services with:

• Your name and business name.
• Invoice number, payment date, and amount.
• The reason for the refund request and any supporting details.

We will review the request and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank or payment-provider timelines. Gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide relevant invoices and service records to the payment provider.
